Subjects that fit Cypress students
Cypress is where CVUSD's IB pathway begins, and Cypress students carry it on to Sequoia's Middle Years Programme. IB units here, some taught in the Outdoor Learning Lab, ask students to look closely, research and explain what they find. Reading and phonics and writing sessions build those explaining skills, and elementary math keeps arithmetic and fractions on track for CVUSD's 6th-grade placement.
